For as long as she can remember, Kerrin Hopper’s life has been guided by a strong desire to meet God’s purpose for her life. She says, "I’m not surprised by my own fascination with functionality and perfect design." Each of her vessels is thrown, shaped, and sculpted into a unique piece of art inspired by her love for vintage clothing and accessories and the devotion of her grandmother who loved to sew. "I have vivid memories," says Kerrin, "of sitting at my grandmother’s feet as a small child watching her hand sew garments with perfectly formed rows of stitches. I remember seeing the love in her expression as she concentrated on the smallest details."
Kerrin says she finds great joy through the work of her hands and longs to grow spiritually as she seeks God’s face during the many hours she spends in her studio.
